At present, the factory has more than 120 people, 87 technical operators, 6 engineers, 10 quality personnel, 8 sales personnel, and 10 administrative and other personnel. The company’s management and technical team have rich experience in the design and production of hardware parts, fixtures, and non-standard automation equipment. The products manufactured by our company are widely used in many industries such as hardware, plastics, electronic appliances, medical equipment, optical communications, automobiles and machinery. Do you want to process according to drawings, or design and process by yourself?

75% are processed according to the customer’s instructions, and 25% are designed by the design department and processed after the customer’s approval.

What is the total monthly production load?

Foreign Trade Company Point Precision’s monthly production value is approximately RMB 6.7 million, and the current machine utilization rate is around 75% to 80%.

What is the size of your company? How many people are there in the company? How are the personnel allocated? How many technical personnel are there?

There are 120 people in the factory, 10 in the sales office, 10 in engineering and technical personnel, 10 in quality control personnel, 80 in technical operators, and 10 in administration and other personnel. Key positions range from new employee training to regular on-the-job training.

Where are the products processed by your company mainly sold, what is the approximate proportion, and what mode of transportation do you choose?

The main customer groups are divided into three groups: European and American markets account for 37% of sales, Japanese and Southeast Asian markets account for 29% of sales, and domestic markets account for 34% of sales. Most foreign customers are delivered by well-known logistics companies such as DHL, UPS, OCS (special circumstances can be specified by customers), and domestic customers are delivered by SF Express (some deliver in person).

In addition to general precision machining, does your company have any special processing technologies?

We have been committed to high-precision parts processing. In addition to metal processing, we are also very experienced in non-metal processing, such as POM, PEEK, nylon and other resin materials. In order to meet the special requirements of customers, we can also complete TiN, TicN, TiAlN and other coating treatments, as well as laser welding processing, laser engraving, etc.

The main customers are: Global TDK, Nokia, Oplink, SCHOTT, 77 Research Institute, MSI, Molex, KYOCERA, Huawei, etc. The order ratio is not convenient to be announced to the public.
